Try Celtic Sea Salt instead of table salt ...just enough to your liking. Also...one cup of tea each day will give you a bit more of the potassium you need...avocados are great too.

Avoid bananas, although they are high in potassium they are also high in sugar, so this wouldn't be good for candida...

Try cracking open a young coconut from whole foods and sipping down the water. Potassium GALORE...it isn't too high in Sugar so it should be okay OCCASIONALLY if you do have candida.
