Use what is called as the Bieler Broth. Google it and you'll get the recipe. It is primarily made of zucchini, string beans and Celery with optional herbs like parsley. Zucchini is rich in sodium and string beans in potassium. If you take the right ratio, then you don't have to bother about going high or low BP. I use it and find a great difference.
