It's nice that you're bringing information to community and everything (as well as pushing your blog), but the understanding here is that nutritional balancing is merely a tool, which can be applied to some people, but not all.
Copper toxicity and biounavailability is a very complex issue at times and is not just a matter of taking antagonists and detoxifying. To some of us who are extremely low in bioavailable copper, this is actually harmful. You must understand that this "nutritional balancing by numbers" is a tool, but it's not applicable in all cases. Sometimes, dysregulation of cortisol is not just about minerals etc.
Nutritional balancing lacks the entire picture and as such, could be harmful in certain cases. I realise it's very useful in your recovery, but to put it in context, it has been harmful for others.
