Re: Vitamin D Deficiency

My gums seem whitish and tongue too..My muscles have also decreased..I have these weird Patches of brownish lookin skin on the corners Of my skin..I don't have the saliva problem, but my mouth does get dry.It could be my anxiety..I'm on an anti depressant also..It's been helping out a lot..I get these weird brown marks on my wounds or brown dots...

These things have been improving each day since I started getting more vitamin d and sun..My lips look better too...I'm hopeful my E.C will be cure overtime..I can't say this is the cause for E.c when it comes to everyone..

Before i got my E.C, I wasn't going out much, so I wasn't getting much sun exposure. My anxiety was bad, so it raised my cortisol levels, which is stress..I think this combination triggered a breakdown of my lips and entire body...

Even if it doesn't heal completely, taking more vitamin d will improve your lips and overall health..
