Hey Trapper, Im hoping you can help me understand probiotics, I just bought my first ones ever and have no clue what all the words mean.

The ones I bought are called Klaire Labs Vital-10. Any idea if these are bad in any way?

It says on it 5+ billion CFUs.

I won't get into the list on the back as that might be a little too much.
