Hi sd2345,
I am 47 now and I was getting a lot of grey since 27. I started the a nutritional protocol about 1 year ago and I noticed I have much less grey coming in now then I did. I spoke to my practitioner and she explained to me that I am finally absorbing calcium..it is awesome. I would say atleast 1/3 if not more was grey now I say much less then that is now grey.

How much garlic are you eating daily? I am up to 3 gloves, need to tread slowly not to have a relapse with the AF.
