Sugar alternatives like Stevia when you have the craving. If you think
Sugar is a trigger and you don't like the alternatives, look for organic
Sugar - although it's not good for us in the long run. Eating out 2 times per week can mean you don't really know what's in your food, at least a lot less without asking where your food comes from and how it's prepared.
Many people will have compromised Gut health due to
Antibiotic use or disease process. An affected gut can be a trigger for many food tolerance problems that cause headaches, anxiety, palpitations, bowel disturbances, and other seemingly unrelated things.
