Whenever I have caffeine my nose runs a little bit.
Usually, the opposite happens. I've heard a runny nose is a withdrawal effect of caffeine too. You could be allergic to something in whatever you're taking with caffeine.
At night or when it wears down I start to feel a tingling sensation in my hands and fingers.
After-effects of adrenaline potentially. Adrenaline is also a type of anti-histamine released when consuming caffeine. The body's natural reaction is to stabilize the adrenaline and it often overshoots. Tingling could be capillary constriction and poor RBC transport to tissues post-caffeine consumption.
When I wake up in the morning my nasal passages will be clogged and I feel completely hungover. I drink plenty of water and fluids to try and replenish but I feel like this every time I have caffeine.
What's your typical diet?! How much electrolytes are you consuming daily, especially Magnesium and Potassium.
What is happening and what does it mean with this? What is causing this reaction?
In medicine, epinephrine (adrenaline) is used to treat anaphylactic shock, cardiac arrest, and other ailments. Caffeine works by blocking phosphodiesterase activity from breaking down cAMP that, in turn, releases epinephrine (adrenaline) and norepinephrine. Caffeine is a diuretic that you're very sensitive to as well. Your body most likely does not rehydrate very well at the cellular level. Dehydration can give you a hung-over feeling and tingling in extremeties at 5% water loss. Hospitals typically rehydrate with Normal saline at .9% in water. Try consuming lots of fresh fruits and twice as much veggies with some quality salt, like RealSalt, that's not been processed by excessive heat with anticaking agents like aluminum silicates. Veggies will replenish your K (potassium) and salt will balance it out, and retain water in your system.
What's your pee color typically?
yeah. was on a lot of antibiotics when I was younger. for skin(acne) and for bronchitis.
That'll do it, permanently change the gut flora... and the lung flora.
I was too young to know any different. My parents trusted doctors too much with no knowledge of alternatives. I wish I could restore the damage but I'm afraid that's nearly impossible.
Most trust authority figures, yet few question enough and take meticulous notes or observations. When a mistake is made, meticulous notes pay off - especially since you can compare with what actually happened when an itemized bill comes along.
I don't quite understand WHY that would cause so many food allergies. What happens and why can't it correct itself? Something is obviously killed off or a problem has been created. It's just puzzling.
Antibiotics mess up the beneficial flora balance that helps our symbiotic digestion. Flora can be symbiotic, neutral, parasitic, or damaging. Post-antibiotic use, most seem to lose the symbiotic beneficial effects and that others tend to take over.

Sounds like you are simply crashing your adrenals. If your adrenals are weak then it does not take much in the way of stimulants to crash them. This in turn increases the risk of allergic responses, which can cause the symptoms you mentioned.
