Re: Caffeine and it's effects

I think you are right. The runny nose is probably a trigger and effect of an allergy. I'm pretty sure Sugar is one of those. I just don't understand WHY that is. When I avoid Sugar for a week I usually feel really. I have a sweet tooth, but if I have Sugar outside of the norm it totals at about 30-40 grams in addition to the normal grams, which I honestly have no idea the amount.

My diet is usually the same. Eggs, avocado, lean peppered turkey in the morning. Sometimes just walnuts, a half cup of blueberries and gluten free oatmeal. Lunch is usually salad that contains romaine, carrots, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini and some sort of meat cut up. Often I will eat a half cup of broccoli though not every day. I eat walnuts throughout the day, some pecans, rice crackers and peanut butter. If it's not salad it is left overs from the previous night. If that is not some sort of grilled meat with a vegetable, roasted potatoes and salad(which is what it is most often), then it is either broccoli risotto made with turkey sausage, fajitas, home made tacos, white chili, red lentil soup, vegetable soup, or some hybrid of them.
We'll eat out 2 times per week. Coffee only on the weekends. Sounds boring when you type it out like that. haha Usually will have a cup of fruit a day. Most of the time it is blueberries, strawberries or cherries.

I used to take thermogenics and stimulants a lot when I was a young adult/teen for athletic training and when I was weight lifting/trying to gain muscle. Never had any hang over issue at all. Then one day caffeine just made me nervous, gave me a runny nose and made me feel tired and hungover in the morning. I'm sure my adrenal glands have a lot to do with it. But I went off caffeine for almost a whole year and focused on getting them back on track.

Pee is usually clear or light peach color.
