2. the ozone gen is making ozone at a fixed rate - so the faster you supply oxygen, the less concentration of ozone per cubic inch or whatever measurement you take of the output ozonated oxygen. if you supply less oxygen, then the generator has more time to convert the tiny amounts of oxygen to ozone before more oxygen is forced through the machine.
