shoulder stand squats are really good for building muscle strength, tendons and joints, and being no impact. hard if u are overweight but if ur in good shape they are pretty fun

you get to be upside down

when i used to squat my knees would pop and sometimes shooting pain. after about 3 weeks of doing shoulder stand squats i can squat my body with no pops or pain
