not looking to become a liver doctor and I don't speak medicalese, again, people, i'm after a very simple question with a one sentence answer:
'does the liver accumulate toxins in the liver (is this a scientific fact or someones opinion)'
EDIT:
from what I read from various websites by doctors and other medical people, the liver accumulates some heavy metals like other areas of the body but not more than others and therefore basically doesn't accumulate or store toxins as a result of it being the body's toxin neutralizing plant. so basically it was all lies about liver flushes, bitters flushing the liver, the liver 'letting go of all those toxins', etc.
