Candida can produce ammonia: Uses ammonia to adjust PH.

Although, ammonia would probably apply more to H-pylori than Candida (Acid reflux speaking).
H-pylori can convert ammonia into ammonium which can affect gastric acid. (wikipedia)
Instead of typing in acetaldehyde I should have just said alcohols.
