Re: o/t

Youre still dwelling on this post? Here let me correct my statement  if  I will :   "Candida can produce carbon dioxide and alcohols from the fermentation process that can contribute to acid reflux".  Case closed... this court is now adjourned.

Here is a good link on acid reflux. Lists fungus+bacteria being a major cause.

Gases can travel upwards from the small intestines causing issues: (might be minimal though)

Candida can produce ammonia: Uses ammonia to adjust  PH.

http://mbio.asm.org/content/2/3/e00055-11.full

Although, ammonia would probably apply more to H-pylori than Candida (Acid reflux speaking). H-pylori can convert ammonia into ammonium which can affect gastric acid. (wikipedia)

Instead of typing in acetaldehyde I should have just said alcohols.

Forever Peace, Love, happiness, roses, box of chocolates, hugs, unicorns, rainbows, and all that other neat and warm fuzzy stuff.

Maybe if I can fix you some of my famous spaghetti (send it your way) it will patch things up. :) Made from scratch, sauce on low heat for 3-4 hours. Reduced to fine perfection!
