I have great news for you, but firstly I just want to say that I totally understand what you are going through as i had suffered loads too. There is such a big cover up about acid reflux. The medical companies make so much money from fake cures which only suppress. I believe that I have cracked a large part of the code…..Candida is the main cause for acid reflux due to, too much Sugar and grains and alcohol. This causes little explosions inside the stomach from an overloud of bad bacteria. The most wonderful cure of all is Lugo's solution as it's the only thing that will truly kill it off. It must be the 5% strength original lugols. It's not easy to get hold of but Creative alternatives in Liverpool in the UK sell it or Blood root in Australia / you need to go on a no grain, no Sugar diet whilst taking about up to 3 - 6 drops in water 3 times a day for a few days(don't have it after about 5 pm as it can effect sleep if taken in too high doses or too close to bed. Although i've woken many times in the night with candida griping pains or acid reflux and i just take 3 -6 drops in water and I go straight back to sleep feeling SO much better!. There are also many health benefits in taking Lugols in high doses but it's best to do some research. Then of course after 3 days integrate loads of fermented foods and a good live probiotics daily, Lugols will kill good bacteria as well as bad, so you need to build it up straight away. Then eat as normal but avoid sugar, grains and eating late. I make buckwheat pancakes for breakfast instead of eating bread. I work on relaxation techniques, focusing on relaxing the stomach and breathing, which helps hugely. This in no way means that i cannot treat myself to an alcohol or pudding and chocolate occasionally but if I do then I know that I will have to go on a strict candida diet for 3 days with Lugols then the fermented foods. Borax is also very good for killing candida plus great for many other thing like Arthritis act…Creative alternatives also sells this. Most of these wonder remedies have been taken off the market so the drug companies can make more money out of us from being unwell….Sorry but Big Pharma has a lot to answer for itself….Good luck x Tweet
