It takes 4 days to beat the hunger monster and helps if the other people around you don't flaunt their foods and their smells. I tell people all the time to clean out their fridge and cupboards of all the trash foods, but no one ever has, including my wife!!!! The kitchen is the most expensive room to build in a home and if we obeyed nature it would be the cheapest room in the house.

Last year we were in Florida in January and the water was about 50 or so and was great to swim in. I think I have some pictures somewhere and also some of being burried in the sand by the kids! 50 is grest when it is frozen back home, like right NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
