Hello MH,
I have been sick with cold for the past week, Yes I am weak about social eating and partake more then I should.

I am ok during the day and eat nothing but fruit till late in the day.

My husband and I went on a three mile walk yesterday and boy was it cold ,but I bunddled up IM not as brave as you with the cold.
