its seems u got either crabs lice or body lice Try to go and get some RID and should alievate the pain, either way it has Pyrethrum exterminators use to kill insect and in this scenio should work equally well on lice or any topical parasite for that matter.. According to your text you used antifungal and antibacterial medication so this would obviously be the next step. HOPE it works good luck!!
