try vinegar bath! not apple cider vinegar, just plain white vinegar.

heavy metal also kills microbes fast, but at the same time, your body can not absorb the metals it needs, so the skin lost it's defense. so avoid heavy metals.

fish liver oil with VD, VB with VC are all good to add to the lotion.
