Re: Is this safe for an enema?

How interesting that you feel better at night. It's really quite odd, for me. I feel wretched when I wake up, but within maybe half an hour to an hour, the pain and nausea will leave. I'll feel anywhere between well and ill fluctuating throughout the day, and then around ten at night the sick feelings begin to well up. It seems to spike around three (and can sometimes wake me up, and make me wretch) and last into the morning again.

I've been sticking with a warm water enema, yeah. Man does it make me sick; I feel so nauseated and sore when I do it. When I expel the water, I've been seeing what look like lots of very very thin, short, semi-transparent threads floating in the water. I saw one larger one (maybe three inches), sort of tangle up, completely transparent. I assume these are threadworms? I wonder if they the biggest culprits when it comes to rectal itching?
There is a place behind my navel that frequently experiences twinges of pain, sort of...itches, and sometimes it feels like something may be fluttering. I don't know if this is a larger parasite or a muscle spasm. I also frequently see candida.

I should try a coffee enema again. I've done them before, and they do make me feel better afterward in general. Are coffee enemas effective against parasites?
