Just remember to drink lots of water with your pinneapple drink if you add psyllium to it. When people talk of it constipating them, I always think they don't drink enough water. Or they had constipation to begin with, and in my experience, psyllium will block you if it has a hard time getting through. If things are working right, it should pick up some debris along the way out.
I only have used ACV in an enema. I can eat 2 onions and a bulb of garlic daily, but I have never liked vinegar. I have tried so hard to get it down and I simply can't. Adding it to apple cider is the only way I have been able to keep it down, so I just don't bother. I wish I could.
