I had a 6 month virus, well doctor said it would take 6 months before it went. I was weak, like having ME i suspect.

I did the vit C thing, just bog standard ab sorbic acid , high doses every hr, and i got worse, sweating and shaking etc, and then was better, kicked the viruses ar.. out of me, lol

I think for very short periods taking high c isn't going to hurt.
