Re: Well what about Probiotics
the scd diet is very good.
just pay attention to protein overload. you will be leaving grains behind, and for some people meat is not a proper substitute for grain.
probiotics: take any unwashed organic vegetable, add rock salt, distilled or spring water and ferment it. beets, carrots, cabbage, radishes, cucumbers, bok choy, onion, peppers, all work well.
even better are cooked onions or fennel or chicory as a source of prebiotic. the scd diet will take care of most of the offending foods that are antagonistic toward your natural flora, so simply following it to the tee may be good enough. there is also a recipe for yogurt in the book, another great probiotic source.
cooked onions in oil or butter are one of the best/cheapest inulin sources and they work better than any powder i ever took.
you may also have to get your
Amalgams removed to have your natural flora flourish unhindered. consider fir saunas in addition to, or as a replacement for some of that exercise. or exercise in one of those plastic suits that wrestlers/boxers use to make weight.
