Re: Special Dieting, Glandulars, Lab results

The mercola/ray peat/Lawrence williams/SCD diet/anti-yeast diet are all essentially the same in a way, and that seems to be what I am going to be forced to do.

Let me explain what herbs and supplements probably caused a severe case of metal redistribution in me- thus leading to sudden onset of memory incapacity, seeming hypoadrenal hypothyroid function.

I was taking literally about 25 different supplements-consisting of over 60 herbs. But in particular
Magnolia, Phellodendron, Schizandra, Cordyceps, Rhodiola, Yerba Mate, Green Tea, Fish Pills (ray peat says these are bad for digestion and cause ulcers), enzymes, Ashwagandha, Curcumin.

I was concerned to say the least, with the halogen, cadmium, and aluminum contents potentially in those herbs. They also, pharmalogically speaking, are notorious for mobilizing metals or increasing metabolism-thus indirectly doing so.

Took a bottle or so of ALA. I cannot remember if this was after I really started to see symptoms.

I have no proof of heavy metals in me, no fillings, no HTMA results.
