i think i get a good amount of salt. i don't know my actual sodium levels, but again, at my worst with both the skin crawling and the weak legs i was drinking salt water every morning and eating plenty of salt and avoiding all potassium.
i got a lot stronger on RBTI, eating potassium and avoiding all Sea Salt but not regular salt, but it's come back as i simply did too much and crashed pretty hard after New Years. although i am bouncing back and faster than i would have in the past, pre-RBTI.
