interesting, Marie! i was on a no potassium food diet for the first 4 months of it and mine feels more related to an anxiety response or getting tired... but it's a good thing to consider. i have been eating potassium since on RBTI, i was actually quite too low in potassium, according to their program. I know it is meant to be avoided with adrenal issues and i don't eat a lot but i don't notice a specific issue with it. although when i was deemed too low by RBTI i was soooo out of it, i felt awful, and getting my levels up made a big difference in nausea, dizziness, and brain fog.
