I quit using toothpaste as well. I do rub my teeth and gums with baking soda with my finger every now and then, but brushing with water and flossing does the trick and my receding gumline healed. Also oil pulling really helps for healing gums. You can brush your teeth right out of the gums with the crap they market to us.

My last visit to the dentist will be to remove these amalgams.

Oh, just fyi, washing with coconut oil instead of soap (yes, no soap on the skin, just hair) will give you the softest, most supple skin you've had since you were newborn. I had Acne and to my amazement, putting a bit of oil in my palms and washing actually cleared up my acne, blackheads, and I constantly get comments on my skin. All this chemical crap that is marketed to us to be healthy is a scam.
