Re: This is so very interesting for Candida
I know what you mean, my brain doesn't want me to think that grape juice is at all possibly an answer, but then again my brain and the habits it produced is what got me into this mess in the first place.
I think the part of grape juice that interests me is that it has the same principle to it as cranberries in sorts. Because the cranberry juice can remove bacteria by binding it in the urinary tract, I find the few studies that claim the same property of the grape juice doing the same with the candida interesting. I know there is another thread in which a woman asked the same thing and somebody replied that there's no way it can bind and remove it, but I know the cranberry can so I wonder why the grape couldn't.
I am not trying to sell the idea, rather share my experience and ask people to think beyond just the "sugar" factor. Spitting that yeasty stuff out of my mouth showed me something happened. When I woke up this morning, my tongue was not coated with thrush either.
While
Sugar is not of great value, I do believe God made fruit for a reason, and fruit
Sugar does not have the same properties as real
Sugar in most cases. I think alot of people live life eating lots of fruit without candida overgrowth. I know in my case, it was acquired through fake hormone use (birth control) for many years, and then through destroying my good bacteria through excessive coffee and soda pop intake, city water, and cruddy diet. I think the important thing is to go back and see what I did "wrong", then start from there to replace what I have destroyed.
I hope that makes sense.
Thanks for the input :)
