James, I am so interested to know where everyone gets their information for candida. I've been haunting several sites for the last two months, and besides people's opinions and a few "specialists" websites (who didn't have any substantial evidence to back their claims up besides selling products), I can't find anything out there that explains how people know what exactly is happening with candida overgrowth.

Do you or does anyone have information that has been clinically tested? Even sites with legit specialists and even doctors say things like "it is believed that" and so on when referring to how to eradicate the overgrowth. I would love some clinical evidence in studies done. If none have been done, then that's just terrible :(
