I wanted to say also, in case it wasn't totally clear, there is no reason why you can't dedicate the fruits of your efforts to heal toward others, *right now*! You can, with a strong devotion (which you know in your heart is the right thing) pray that others will in some way be truly helped by your seemingly 'selfish' and small efforts -- which are not small at all: it's just that they look that way since you are standing in your own light, y'know?
