Radiation

Easy enough to check if anything you buy is radioactive. I have bought one of these a few years ago and never regretted it.

This was before buying a new house since in countries which rely on thermonuclear electricity they often recycle stuff into building materials. Not nice if you are going to stay there for a while! So I checked any place I was interested in. Can you believe it? Some were much more radioactive than others!

After Fukushima it has been on and showed a definite peak but nothing too bad here, went back to normal.
I check all Atlantic seafood and do a check on the contents of the shopping basket once in a while. Check all whole lambs that I buy too, and important stuff like salt, which I buy in 20 kg bags. If you know it's alright it's not going to go bad you can keep it.
