O/T Just bought Sea Salt
So I have read on this forum a bit about Sea Salt , and I saw some in a health store so I just bought it for $3. The company is Redmund RealSalt.
2 questions though (since I know nothing about Sea Salt )
1. Do I just poor it on my food or chug it back every so often?
and 2) What is the point of taking it ha, like what is the benefits to health of eating Sea Salt .
