you are in the States right, well here in the UK there is only one major parasitology hospital, that is the London Tropical.

There are a few in the UK major cities and one in Edinburgh, Scotland. I made inquiries at the Scottish parasitological hospital [they seemed online to be more efficient] - but they will not take anyone who resides outside Scotland. I searched for private parasitologists but there are none that I could find as I would have had a consultation with them. Sadly it's this sector of medicine namely parasitology that is in a bad state affairs for those severely infected, there seems to be little or no advance in screening, methods of scanning and most importantly new advanced effective drugs.

The only plus factor is that the UK have the NHS and don't charge or one could go privately but that would have made no difference in my case. I feel for those in the US who have pay for clinical attention and medication, it's criminal!
