Thanks, i will be checking out all ur info very soon. Ive started on detox (though, to kill a worm i thought id not eat) and realized i can kill 2 birds with one stone by taking this colon cleansing pill with black walnut extract and cooking all my meats with finely crushed cloves =D

btw, cloves, garlic and chilli go together nicely.
