Re: My Iodine Experience so far....help?

Potassium smooths out the heartbeat, so does enough iodine.
I took 1/2 teaspoon potassium citrate or gluconate when I cheated on my raw zero carb diet (with ice cream - Haagen Dasz vanilla bean of course ;) ) and never again got the nasty heart arrhythmia that carbohydrates always triggered before.

Magnesium is best tolerated with Albion process magnesium glycinate. 400 mg is minimum, then potassium can be retained. They say.

When taking a break from supplements, I suggest you take a break from all of them, and do a Water Fast according to the instructions here:http://www.healself.org/

This will let your body pull itself together and the immune system sort itself out. Or in.

And maybe most important, magnesium oil assay (Zechstein) shows 0.4% evil bromine. Magnesium oil, AKA sea bitterns and nigari is the waste from Sea Salt extraction
