Re: Fluid around heart

Could be Iodine deficiency /hypothyroidism as mentioned;

"As the disease becomes more severe, there may be puffiness around the eyes, a slowing of the heart rate, a drop in body temperature and heart failure. In its most profound form, severe hypothyroidism may lead to a life-threatening coma. This condition requires hospitalization and immediate treatment with thyroid hormones given by injection. If left untreated, hypothyroidism can lead to an enlarged heart, worsening heart failure and an accumulation of fluid around the lungs.

ps as always, the docs dont recommend dosages of Iodine that we do

It could also be pericarditis as mentioned; which also would call for iodine, salt etc. IMO. Whenever there is an inflammation or infection I would start with the basic Iodine protocol. Large amounts of vit C etc.

"Fluid around the heart is called pericardial effusion, or just pericarditis. It is a very serious condition that can be the result of disease, injury or complications from surgery. Viruses, bacterial infections, chemotherapy and certain medications can also cause this disease.
