Possible Hypothyroidism and low adrenals

I took my basal body temps 4 a week and the highest was 97.7 and the lowest was 96.3 I was told by a naturopath that I have hypothyroidism and after an eye exam I was told I have possible low adrenals. He also performed a computerized test that revealed I have low electricity within my body causing Central Nervous System and brainwave damage so he gave me some electricity a lil shock that felt like I was awaken from the dead. He prescribed me Natural thyroid 1 grain, Iodine supplement, and adrenal (desiccated), arginex, drenatrophin PMG, and cyruta, all of which are Standard Process products. Have u heard of any of these? What u think of these products? Safe and effective or the opposite? Please help me out of this bed, up and running, and perhaps back to work. Thanks for your time and patience.
