Re: Mirena ruining my life?

When I started having Mirena symptoms, my idiot gyn. put me on birth control pills. Combined with the huge load of Mirena hormones, it made me very sick with colitis. As soon as I stopped the pill the colitis went away. Don't believe when they say the hormones stay in the womb. They don't. Also, I have abnormally high testosterone as well (along with too high estrogen and too low progesterone.) I hope you can get it out soon!! Good luck.:)
