Since taking iodine, I have had a nurse friend of mine tell me to stop taking it immediately because it is poison. I wanted to ask her what presciption pills she tells people not to take because they are poison. But, to try and argue my point about Iodine is not a battle I would win nor would I want to try.

I think Iodine is a good thing, but overdoing anything is not good for anyone. So, I take my few drops a day and if I ever notice anything different about my body, I will listen.
