Re: Lecithin causes depression?

No I have not tried egg lecithin. I thought about trying it, but I've tried sooo many supplements already. If you decide to try it and it works better for you, please come here and tell us about it. Personal experiences is valuable information.
What are you taking the lecithin for? What benefits were you hoping to get from it?
When I need help with feeling depressed I usually take some Schizandra berry or some Maca. And if my digestion needs help I find bitters work best, but I don't take them every day because I'm trying to lose weight and I suspect the bitters may stimulate my appetite.
I hope you feel better soon. I hate feeing depressed. In fact if I take something that does make me feel depressed I will go and take a capsule of Schizandra or Maca as soon as I notice what's going on. Why waste a day feeling bad?

There are other supplements that help with depression, those are just two that I notice are very helpful for me. I have several boxes of assorted supplements and the ones that have helped me the most I end up buying more of and keep them on hand. Schizandra is one of those that I would never want to be without.
