Re: Lecithin causes depression?

Are you taking lecithin? Is it causing YOU to feel depressed?

Everyone reacts differently to things.

I thought lecithin improved my mood when I tried it and that was what I liked about it, but I quit taking it because I developed symptoms of high estrogen and weight gain.

In my experience there are usually pros and cons to most supplements, but you have to be diligent in taking notes on how you feel when trying them. That way you know what effect it is having on you.
A big mistake is assuming a supplement has the same effect on everybody.

I read a lot about mucuna pruriens, for instance...It's suppose to help with energy and Depression and libido. For me, it made me cry every day that I tried it. And it had the opposite effect on libido and energy. Pfft! Totally wasn't worth it. And yet so many people report loving the stuff!
If lecithin makes you feel depressed then try something else.
