Low blood sugar sucks.

So tired of all the contradictions.

"Too-low cortisol (NOT the same thing as too-high cortisol) aggravates low blood sugar"
Versus:
"symptoms of low blood Sugar are often not accompanied by any measureable change in actual blood sugar, but are instead caused by sudden high cortisol and adrenalin, lasting in spikes of about an hour, which cause symptoms that feel like low blood Sugar but are in fact not"


It goes on and on. Blood Sugar problems suck. And no, Liver Flushing has not helped me with mine.
