Stick with the hydrogen peroxide for now. Rock hard calcium will not do you much good without knowing how much acid and what kind of acid will react the best with your calcium carbonate.
Learn how to choose highly mineralized foods that are rich in alkaline minerals, yet are complexed with all the different acids and much needed live carbons. Of course I realize this takes more effort on our part and most of the time everyone is looking for something that won't take too much time, but this the the best way to get to the root of the problem. You don't want to become a human balancing act of thinking you can take a little of this alkaline mineral and a little of that acid mineral and really keep it all balanced right.
