I was wondering if I were to say, eat grains, meat, fish, eggs, fruits and other acidifying foods, yet consume more juiced raw vegetables, would my body be alkaline?
Or is it about making the alkaline sources the only part of your diet.

This is a reply to # 1,895,147It is all about balance, but most of us in the beginning are too acidic and may benefit from a little more alkaline minerals in our foods. The alkaline minerals need to react with the acids to release energy to build our bodies health with.
Too low of stomach acid may need some help when it comes to eating higher alkaline foods. Without that acid, higher alkaline foods like kelp, spiralina and such will bother our stomachs.
There are a whole lot of tips on how to fight the over abundance of acids in our bodies and how to raise the acids in our stomachs....but even tips will only get us so far. We have to learn how to test and choose the highest quality foods that are high in minerals to help us heal. The bad news is you may not be able to find them in your grocery market or even the organic section. The question we have to then ask ourselves...if that's true, then what do we do to find high quality, high mineralized foods for our bodies?

The pHenomenal water looks awesome, but I'm unfortunately not in a position (financially mostly) to be buying it.
I was wondering if hydrogen peroxide is good to use as an alkalizer by adding to my water?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,895,299It may be better to not mess with your stomach but go more for the lungs. You can take a new bottle of nasal spray (the type with the ultra fine sprayer) and pour the contents out and replace it with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide. Spray in your mouth as you gently inhale.
The ultra fine sprayer is very important so you don't get large droplets down your throat and lungs. You just want a fine mist. If you can't find such a fine mister, you can use a regular nasal sprayer and just aim at your tongue and gently inhale. The larger droplets will hit the tongue and the finer particles will be inhaled. Spit out afterwards.
Try this every hour until you see relief and then do it ever so often.
Of course this is considered just a tip...a help, to make you feel better. Let me know how that works for you and I will share more later. :)

Gonna go look for some in a couple hours.
One other question is, getting it from a pharmacy would be okay right? Because I doubt I can get it anywhere else here. I'll do the test for additives of course (a couple drops of it in a glass of water to see if it changes colour).

This is a reply to # 1,895,310Stick with the hydrogen peroxide for now. Rock hard calcium will not do you much good without knowing how much acid and what kind of acid will react the best with your calcium carbonate.
Learn how to choose highly mineralized foods that are rich in alkaline minerals, yet are complexed with all the different acids and much needed live carbons. Of course I realize this takes more effort on our part and most of the time everyone is looking for something that won't take too much time, but this the the best way to get to the root of the problem. You don't want to become a human balancing act of thinking you can take a little of this alkaline mineral and a little of that acid mineral and really keep it all balanced right.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,895,299If you are suffering from Eczema like your user name suggests, I wanted to ask if you have tried spraying your skin with Hydrogen Peroxide and leaving it on for about 3 minutes and then taking a shower to wash it off? Then dry your skin and apply another spray all over and let it set of about the same amount of time to neutralize any acids that may have drawn out of you skin due to the warm/hot shower.
I don't know if hot water bothers your skin but taking a hot bath with 2-3 cups epsom salt, a quart of hydrogen peroxide and a cup of Sea Salt can start the process of drawing out the acids from your lymph system. It will may take many times of doing this before you will see the skin change but it has wonderful results for most people.
I was plagued with multiple sclerosis for many years and could not tolerate the hot baths at first....so I can say that it's not entirely necessary to use hot water....just use as warm as your skin will tolerate and you should still see success....and as you heal, you will notice that you can turn up the heat.

Nah I haven't tried hydrogen peroxide in any form. It was the PH Miracle that informed me about it.
I have tried applying diluted ACV to my eczema though, and that did absolutely no good.
As for the baths, when I used to apply ACV I was very tempted by the bath idea, the only problem is that I don't have a bathtub (they're not very common where I live and are mostly considered a luxury rather than a necessity).

This is a reply to # 1,895,314Depending on how bad you want it....you can use a child's swimming pool or a metal farm tank or even ask to borrow a friend's or relative's tub. People are very understanding when they have a guest bath and you tell them it's for health reasons. Well, at least they are understanding until you don't clean the tub after you are finished.
Perhaps if you get a chance to go on vacation sometime, you can rent a hotel room with a bath and give it a good try. I personally like spa vacations.
Hmmmm, putting acid on top of already too acidic skin. Yeah, I don't think it would work too well either. ACV does soften the skin very nicely, but if you want to draw out a lot of acids not only from the skin but from deeper into the lymph system, the alkalizing baths are great.

you've just started with affiliate marketing and this is your very first post. your domain name and hosting are at godaddy and you payed for it $4.99/year ( website builder included )
you operate off of 5 page website with no content and no back links. your testimonials are actually a testimonial from your aunt or something, and your credibility is zero. on top of all that, you're trying to sell a $40 bottle of some weak lime solution which you claim is a miracle.
I could continue, but have no time for this BS, so I'll tell you just this, good luck with selling one single bottle of " you can eat what ever you want water" on CZ.
