Re: Question about acid/alkaline balance...

It is all about balance, but most of us in the beginning are too acidic and may benefit from a little more alkaline minerals in our foods. The alkaline minerals need to react with the acids to release energy to build our bodies health with.

Too low of stomach acid may need some help when it comes to eating higher alkaline foods. Without that acid, higher alkaline foods like kelp, spiralina and such will bother our stomachs.

There are a whole lot of tips on how to fight the over abundance of acids in our bodies and how to raise the acids in our stomachs....but even tips will only get us so far. We have to learn how to test and choose the highest quality foods that are high in minerals to help us heal. The bad news is you may not be able to find them in your grocery market or even the organic section. The question we have to then ask ourselves...if that's true, then what do we do to find high quality, high mineralized foods for our bodies?
