If that is the case, then wouldn't Iodine help this condition? I'm so confused.
Also, I did heavy metal cleanses after I had a hair analysis last year and I take greens daily for their chelating properties. I've been using natural beauty products and eating organic for over 10 years when my hair started falling out ( I'm now 30). The only thing I can attribute to this condition is that, as a vegetarian, I used to eat a lot of soy and wheat. Which I now know are huge no-no's for thyroid health.
I've tried a lot of regimens for thyroid, but not so much for adrenals. The fact that I need a nap after working out rather than having more energy points to adrenals for sure. Could you recommend a protocol or point me in the direction of one? Thanks!
