I certainly recommend it and will challenge you to do so and report the difference here. I do not recommend the steel pads for 2 reasons. First, stainless steel contains nickel and chromium, both of which are tissue irritants and carcinogenic. Secondly, most of those who sell these are not giving you Augmentation pads. They are providing i positive and 1 negative pads which does not work as well.
A trick that I learned is to tub zap. I fill the tub with water that has a cup of Epsom Salt, 1 cup of
Sea Salt , and a tsp of baking soda, place my pads in, turn the zapper on, and submerge so that my entire body receives full benefit. Well, actually, I do leave some of my face out of the water so that I can breathe but some might try a snorkel.
Waist bands, wrist bands, and TENS pads are among the worst choices for use with a zapper. Also, it may be that your zapper is not a very strong one. A strong zapper is needed to support paddles and augmentation pads together.
