Re: Best probiotic capsules?

Hi hoppimike,
yeah, it's pretty insane, but I would prefer taking the VSL than a low dose below 480 bill. I had to build up with the VSL over a whole two wks at about 1/4 tsp in the early morning an hour before my breakfast. I also take the CP -1 before goingto bed when the when acid levels are low. I've found that the VSL has helped my stomach since taking it. Like James said, it's expensive. It's 23.99 once you add the P&P with the product price. Unfortunately all probiotics don't take it in the stomach as you know. It's just the classic band aid to help with the symptoms of leaky gut. I've got mercury posioning from my amalgams. The biggest area that's been effected by the mercury is my stomach. All I know is that my candida overgrowth won't go until I chelate. I've tried most anti-fungals without success. Until this neuro toxic junk is removed and my burden reduced I have no chance of recovery.
