I like VSL#3 and CP - 1. The VSL has a very good bacterial count of 450 billion per sachet and CP -1 is another rather good probiotic with 50 billion. The only thing I will say about the VSL#3 is that it does have trace amounts of gluten, soy, lactose and skimmed dehydrated milk for people who may be sensitive to these elements. As far as I know CP -1 has no dairy in the product. Both worth considering though. The VSL#3 has the best count of beneficial bacteria that i've found anywhere. C Tweet
