Best probiotic capsules?

I recently grabbed these, swansonvitamins

They look pretty good to me, although I really wish they had an enteric coating or similar. Swansons say that this is not a problem as long as they are taken with food. What are your opinions on this?

Other than those, my favourites so far were the Solaray Mightidophilus.


but I am quite new to the area of very powerful capsule probiotics.

I have decided to focus on capsule probies for now as opposed to kefir or liquid probiotics due to the ease and speed of taking them (makes me far more likely to take them if it only takes a moment!).
