I find that stuff that helps regulate insulin to be helpful when eating sweets, like digestive bitters, turmeric, protein and fiber.
I just started Irvingia gabonensis (african mango seed extract) to see if it helps my weight loss endeavors. Today is the 3rd day for me and my initial impression is it seems like it might help.
I also find Schizandra to be helpful with some appetite suppresion, but it also seems to make food taste better when you do eat so..?
